What the service is — and is not

The service is a tracking, planning and habit tool: a food and activity journal, an estimated daily target, an optional eating window and an AI coach.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All calculations are estimates and results vary from person to person. No specific amount or timeline of weight loss is promised. See the medical disclaimer.

Who can use it

The service is for people aged 18 and over. People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of an eating disorder, take diabetes medication or insulin, or have kidney disease get the journal and coaching without an automatic deficit and should consult a professional.

Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for activity in your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One account per person; accounts may not be transferred.

Content you upload

Your photos, recordings and text remain yours. You grant us a limited permission to process them only to provide the service to you. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission or content you are not allowed to share.

Artificial intelligence

• Coach replies and food estimates may be wrong or incomplete.
• Every food or weight estimate stays a draft until you confirm it, and you can edit it.
• Do not rely on the coach in a medical or mental-health emergency. In Israel, call Magen David Adom on 101.
• Daily and monthly usage limits keep the service available and fair.

Free beta

The service is currently a free beta with no charge and no card required. Features may change. Full prices and terms will be shown before any purchase becomes possible.

Paid subscription and automatic renewal

• When paid plans go live, the price, billing cycle (monthly or annual), VAT-inclusive amount and next charge date are shown before you confirm, and you will be asked to accept automatic renewal explicitly.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• After purchase you receive a disclosure document and transaction confirmation with the business details, price, renewal terms and how to cancel.
• Price changes are announced in advance and apply only from the next billing period, subject to law.

Cancelling within 14 days (distance transaction)

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel a subscription purchase within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. A cancellation fee, if any, will not exceed 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower: [decision whether to charge a cancellation fee]. If part of the service was already provided, a proportional charge for the period used may apply where the law allows.

People with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants may have extended cancellation rights as set by law.

Cancelling an ongoing subscription at any time

You can cancel at any time: in the app or website (Settings → My membership → Cancel), by email to [Support email], or in any way you used to make the transaction.

Cancellation takes effect no later than 3 business days after your notice and you will not be charged for any period after that. You will receive a cancellation confirmation.

Purchases through Apple or Google

If in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play become available, billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by the store under its terms, in addition to these terms.

Prohibited use

• Attacking the service, trying to access other people’s accounts or bypassing limits.
• Automated or commercial use without written permission.
• Uploading unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by relying on estimates or AI replies. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under law.

Closing your account and ending the service

You can delete your account at any time as explained here. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. If the service closes, we will give notice and let you export your data.

Changes

Each version is dated. Material changes are announced in advance in the app or by email.

Law and jurisdiction

Israeli law applies. The competent courts in [city] have jurisdiction, without limiting your right to apply to any court competent under law.
